Ian was amazing.I had been suffering from what I thought was a leg injury and had been going to physio for a month with no improvement. Ian was able to quickly diagnose it as a lower back problem and show me how to alleviate pain. I went from not being able to get in and out of my car to getting back in the gym and playing sports. Honestly a life saver

I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Ian Boonstra and this amazing place where he works.Now I'll tell my story - 6 years ago, I was snowboarding and had a pretty bad fall, injuring my knee. For all this time, my knee caused discomfort until recently when I met Dr. Ian Boonstra. This wonderful person, through his knowledge and the right exercises for my body, got me back on my feet. He also introduced me to a new way of relating to my body, which was new to me.Can I recommend him? you might ask. Well, as of today, at least 5 of my friends know about him, and I keep recommending and celebrating how Dr. Ian Boonstra helped me - a big thanks to him.
