Great little studio with excellent RMTs and Osteo. I have been going to see Tara Zamalynski regularly for post concussion and post whiplash and highly recommend her. I also see Kristin for osteopathy. This studio has so much warmth and character and is in a great part of town. Parking is somewhat limited to the side streets, but it's a nice area to walk or bike to and from to continue to decompress. Can't recommend them enough :)

My wife and I booked for appointments here with two different RMTs and it was an amazing experience! It's a very clean, cozy clinic with incredible service. We absolutely cannot wait for our next appointments!

Cannot recommend therapy health studio enough for massage! It's a little oasis. I've tried several of the rmts because my schedule is always changing; they have all been incredible! The design of the studio is beautiful . I also highly recommend Kristen for osteopathy and massage! So grateful I stumbled upon this place
