I recently found this place, and was immediately taken by the amiable, welcoming, and very knowledgeable staff. I really felt that staff members genuinely cared about getting to the root of my injury and treating it as best they could. They took the time to understand my background, the history of the injury and discussed possible solutions and effects of my posture and bone structure alignment. It is refreshing to find a place especially a physio that goes above and beyond expectations and doesn't just want to do the basics in order for me to have to go back many times. They understand what I needed and treated me with amazing care and expertise. I highly recommend the physio shop for anyone who wants to find a place that has a mission to help the community by providing excellent care in a genuine and authentic way. Thanks to Trevor and Tracy for helping me finally understand a bit more about the injury that has been plaguing me for months and causing me a lot of stress. I was able to find relief after a lot of anxiety. I am a true fan of this place now and highly recommend it to everyone
