I can't recommend the Hackery enough. My laptop suddenly died and wouldn't turn on so I took it here. The guys here are legit with some big street credit and even look the part. You can tell just looking at them that they're going to get the job done! I got a call a few hours after dropping my laptop off to say that my hard-drive had failed and they'd do their best to get my data back but no guarantees. They did promise that I wouldn't be charged if they couldn't get it back. Unfortunately, they said due to a backlog it was going to be over two weeks to get the work done. Very helpful and professional staff, gave a quote and an alternative before doing any work without any pressure to accept, reasonable rates, and of course crucially were able to fix my laptop :)

My dad was formerly in computers and a major hoarder.These guys were able to take everything off my hands and properly refurbish, recycle, or otherwise get rid of all the old computer parts efficiently and without any hassle, even for parts made before I was born.Much better than sending all this stuff to the landfill. To know that some of these parts got a second life or were at least recycled properly is good for peace of mind.
