Dr. Cleland is very knowledgeable and professional. I often get really bad headaches, which never goes away. My shoulder and neck hurt for years, and it's just chronic pain I always have in the past few years. Dr. Cleland helped me big time in treating my shoulder/neck pain. I've tried many other different things such as physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage....you name it, but they didn't work as effective as Dr Cleland's treatments. You've got to see Dr. Cleland if you are suffering from any shoulder/neck pain, and I guarantee you that he will change your life!!!!!

In August of 2011 I began to have problems with my shoulder. By the end of September I couldn't lift my arm. Although x-rays and ultrasound showed I had no injury, or impingement, my arm was almost dead. They told me it was adhesive capsulitis, or "Frozen Shoulder." I had shooting pain in my shoulder, and the slightest jarring would send me through the roof. I was in extreme pain and nothing seemed to help. I tried acupuncture, massage, cortisone shots, drugs and although each offered a little relief, nothing helped for long. Then a friend told me about Trigenics and Dr. Richard Cleland. I started going to the clinic in late November 2011 and on my first visit I was able to lift my arm over my head. Something I hadn't done in months.
