I just went here for the first time the other day. There was a little glitch in their computer system that gave me the wrong booking time so I showed up super early.The girls were so lovely and and told me the nail trim was on the house, then gave my dog some treats and a little bow tie. I was super appreciative of their great customer service plus they were fast and gentle with my puppy who was a bit nervous getting her nails trimmed for the first time.We will be back in a few weeks! This is one of the best dog groomers I’ve ever used. Been using them for over a year now. Always accommodating with my schedule. Communicates well on expected cutting time frames. And they’ll make great recommendations on the best trim/cut for my dog. Thanks!!!
