My only complaint would be booking an appointment which involves long periods on hold or a call back which will occur several hours later. I believe SINA is the best pharmacy and medical clinic in Vancouver. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable; the products are of high quality, and the medical team is outstanding. Despite moving around the city, I always rely on SINA for my pharmacy and medical needs.
