I would give zero star if it were an option. Just like the issues below.

First during inspection before move in, my friend and I found this huge ceiling gap expanding from the living window through the dinning room all the way to the wall outside of master bed room. SHAPE told me Richmond is soft ground and normal subsidence and stuff. Refuse to fix.

Then also assigned me a small parking stall where I cannot even open my door since there is also another large suv next to me. And I spent over a mil for a 930 square feet 2B2B on higher floors. When asked they refuse to even consider changing.

Scam developers. Poor mom bought pre construction City of Lougheed Towers Evergreen Place. I haven’t seen such complete garbage, low quality construction and materials anywhere else in the dozen countries I’ve lived in at this price point - from Thailand to Dubai or Kenya.

The rooms are tiny, and the worst quality, ship-shod construction using the cheapest materials. We had 11 outstanding fix tickets but they will stall and sit on them till warranty runs out. Then they will send you a pompous email saying the damage is caused by resident mis-use: misuse on a 2yr old unit by TWO small women in their 80s and 50s, living in a 3bdm unit??
