I talked to the owner, Dana, when I phoned to book the visit and was so pleased and reassured that he felt the cleaning would address my needs (many years of pet stains and odors, an inflatable mattress cover that would need careful cleaning etc). He was very friendly and informative about the products and process they use. SaraCares was recommended to me by the staff at the La-Z-Boy store where we'd bought our furniture years ago, and I'm so happy with the experience. Dana came himself to do the cleaning. Aaron our technician was amazing. Our cat made a stain on an area rug. & he cleaned it at no extra charge.
