So glad I got my hair straightened by Paul!
My super-fine hair is kind of delicate and easily turns to straw, so I'd held off for years on straight-perming my chaos curls. Paul's reviews looked great with all kinds of hair types, so I took the plunge-- it turned out perfectly! I can finally skip the iron (and even the dryer) in the morning, yet it's just as strong and healthy as it was when I went in--and even a bit softer!
Paul's skilled, efficient, organised, and a clear communicator, making the experience reassuring and stress-free from beginning to end :)

I never had Japanese straightening before. I searched and searched till I found Paul. He is amazing, very detail-oriented and you can tell he loves his job! I waited to wash my hair and see how my hair turns out. After air-drying my hair, it is same as the picture! I am happy with every dollar spent! It is totally worth it. Saves time from straightening and blow drying, and in the long run I think my hair will revive. I do highly recommend if you are having doubts, do it!!! Dont think twice!
