Cleaning up the condo to sell and the carpets hadn't been cleaned in a decade or so. With two cats and other messes, the carpets were pretty much tear-out bad. Royal had good reviews and Gino below had said he called on short notice, so I booked an appointment. He came out the next day to do the two bedrooms I needed done. As I expected, the everyday maintenance-level carpet shampoo didn't cut it, so I paid extra for the heavy duty stain remover. Worth it! Only a couple old stains didn't come out, and he got them looking better than I was expecting to be able to get them. The bedrooms look 1000x better and no need to install new carpets for selling! Call here because I had a few carpets that I was trying to get clean, and the reply of the person on the phone was that they were very bussy and not able to help me with what I needed! Might need to hire extra people if you guys are that bussy!
