Steve is extremely knowledgeable, caring and honest. Even though I did not wind up going with this company, he remained professional and courteous at all times. It is very rare to find someone who has such much pride in their work.
I highly recommend Roto Rooter. I had an emergency situation with a toliet leak. Joel Carter, manager, responded quickly to my call which was after hours. He diagnosed the problem and took me through the steps to deal with the immediate risk of flooding. Fabulous service. I am very pleased and will use them in the future for any further plumbing issues.
Very prompt service. The technician was very courteous and gave us the knowledge to help us safeguard against any other problems in the future. He also spent time explaining why we had the problem in the first place.
