Ron Zalko Fitness and Yoga is a welcoming gym with a spacious and well-lit environment, making working out a truly enjoyable experience. The gym has a variety of machines, including old school machines and Hammer Strength machines, and offers many classes, which are outstanding. The staff, including the owner Ron, are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make every member feel valued and supported. The gym also features a dedicated women's only section, providing a comfortable and private space for female members. This women's only area is very spacious with all the equipment needed for a workout, and a really nice view. It is a decent sized gym inside the gym, very spacious and never packed. The space is large, clean and well maintained. The windows bring in natural light and pleasant views. While the gym has some limitations, such as restricted areas for weight use, it offers free parking on evenings and weekends, and has showers in the main change room. Ron keeps a careful eye on his club to make sure all aspects of his business run smoothly and he is open to suggestions from club members. Overall, Ron Zalko Fitness and Yoga is a great place to work out and feel supported.
This is an awesome gym. it's got everything that one would need and everyone minds there own business. Definitely reccomend this gym !
I am so lucky to learn about this club especially because of their women’s only area. It is very spacious with all the equipments I need for my workout, and a really nice view. Their women’s only area is pretty much like a decent sized gym inside the gym, very spacious and never packed! I would also recommend getting in to their personal training program. Marwin, one of their great personal trainers, really helped me a lot, not only to achieve my fitness goals, but also to gain back my confidence! Really amazing gym, classes, instructors, and people. I highly recommend the Ron Zalko Fitness and Yoga to everyone to at least visit it and see the place yourself, and trust me, you will be amazed! 😁
Always get a proper workout in at this spot. The gym’s super spacious, never too packed, and loaded with solid equipment especially all the Hammer Strength machines, which are a huge win. It’s rare to find a place this well set up without the chaos of a big commercial gym. I always walk out feeling wrecked (in a good way). Real hidden gem right in the heart of Kits. If you’re into serious training without the fluff, this place is 100% worth checking out.
