Reid Brothers were prompt and professional. Called them on Saturday early afternoon, they had a technician respond with a home visit in 1 hour. Diagnosed the problem and a new hot water tank was installed on Tuesday. Extremely happy with the service!

I have been getting service from Reid Brothers over twenty five years. They are reliable and punctual. The staff are easy to communicate. They answer my questions and explain clearly what will be done and what have been done.
I believe the company has good working system and culture, all the technical staff that I have met are efficient and competent.
Sump pump was acting up and Reid Brother helped installing a new one for us. However, the first plumber didn't notice that the check valve was also broken so the sump flooded / running for a long time a few times until the second plumber came, identify, and fix the problem quickly.
