Recently worked with William on upgrading an older import vehicle. Added a backup camera, LED headlights and new Sony deck. The Ralph’s team was professional, informed and took the time to explain what was proposed. They communicated clearly. The installation was excellent and the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. The pricing was reasonable and even came in under the estimate after they realized fewer parts were required. Great customer experience, thanks William and team.

Took our Ford Flex in to see if we could upgrade to car play system and install back up camera. Jeremy took us around and showed us some options first. We then went to Jeremy's desk for a quote which only took a few minutes. We found the quote reasonable and set up a time for the install. We were really impressed with the install as it looked like it came from the factory this way. We did have a minor problem with the antenna after pick up so I talked with Jeremy and they brought me in asap and fixed the next weekend. We had a great experience with the Ralph's team ask for Jeremy too knowledgeable and also works with your budget.

Great experience getting my remote start for car fixed. Easy to book, easy service, quick appointment. I thought it was going to be complex but it was just a remote battery. Thanks Lee at Ralph's!
