We’ve taken our Lagotto to a few groomers and each time it took a few appointments before the groomer was able to meet our requests - as there are some specific things to ensure a Lagotto looks like a lagotto and not just another doodle. But Pupper Palace was able to get the cut right the first time. Whereas other groomers appear to be rushed and even nervous when you provide them instructions, Pupper Palace really listened and made suggestions. Happy with the experience :)

Pupper Palace is my go to dog groomers for my pups even though it’s a hour round trip to get there! Julie is fantastic! Her attention to detail and thorough grooming is fabulous with my dog Jack who is super floofy! My dogs who can be quite nervous are very comfortable with Julie and she is gentle and patient! Absolutely the only place I trust with my nervous rescue dog. Other groomers have refused him due to attempts at biting, but this place welcomed him and has even had a lot of success grooming him without him biting at all. They clearly understand dog behavior well, and they have absolutely saved me since he's a poodle mix type and needs grooming often. They are even able to cut his nails!! Really can't recommend enough.
