Great experience for our son buying his first car. I felt that Andreas was honest, knowledgeable and helpful within my sons car budget. It was much easier to buy a car at this dealership than private sale, with access to the car history, a mechanic onsite and available insurance agent. Maybe a little more $ than a private sale, but well worth it for convenience and sanity.
I was recently queried by the business about a poor review I supposedly left and was asked why I had a $3000 repair bill without contacting them at all, but I did nothing of that sort. So I looked, and there was a poor review here with my exact name, WHICH IS REALLY WEIRD because I bought a used nissan sentra here with my mother back last early November. My mother still uses the car daily and there hasn't been any issues with it yet, so take that as you will. Here's a photo of the sentra parked. It's about a year now, I got my Mercedes C300 from here. I was very skeptical and scared but I have to say the team was very hands on, patient and kind enough to help me understand everything. There was an issue with the spare key fob they agreed to pay for the fix and also gave me a free oil change service. AJ was so kind to speak with me over the phone for over an hour to explain everything and Andreas helped with the process and I am very happy with my car. God bless them :)
