Pioneer has been working on a repair of my HVAC & Hotwater system for 3 months so far. We were without Hot water for 2.5 months and they have now told us it will be a further 3 weeks for the HVAC repair. They admitted after the initial work that they billed me (and I paid) $5k for, that the part they replaced wasn't actually broken.
They have billed me for parts not needed to be replaced (which they admitted), forgotten to order parts on numerous occasions and now the repair is going to cost $3k more than I was originally quoted for a brand new unit.
3 months in and they seem oblivious to what they've put us through. It's an absolute joke.

Worst experience ever. Run!!!! Not professional. Very expensive. Irresponsible. Impossible to get the refund. It took them 3 hours and took down my toilet to conclude we can't fix your issue. And they charged me 600+ for the visit. I had to call another plumber coming in and it was just a matter of toilet cloak which took 30 minutes to fix. Then I called them to ask for a refund because their diagnosis was completely wrong. They emailed me that they will refund me but that was 2 weeks ago and it never happened. I called more than 5 times, and they either avoid my calls or said they will call me back and never did.

We had our hot water tank replaced a little while ago. The folks at Pioneer were able to get a replacement installed the day after we called them. The technician was polite and professional. She explained all the work that was done and left everything neat and tidy. We have used them in the past and will call them again for our plumbing needs. Great Service!
