Super service! Melo was great at communicating with us effectively about our mice issue and immediately put us at ease with the steps he took to remedy the problem. Would recommend!
We first noticed mice in November 2023..we called West Side pest control and they botched the job. Five visits and $2000 later, we still had visible mice. We gave up on them and called Phantom. Their inspector was much more thorough and found 24 mouse exits that West Side missed, mostly behind large kitchen appliances that Westside never searched. Their fixer, David was very impressive..spent 2 full days doing the job properly..no visible mice since. Do yourself a favour and deal directly with Phantom.
Great service and very knowledgeable and professional staff. I've had interactions with Al (the owner), Melo and David and they were all great people to work with. They did a great job of explaining to me what they were doing, how to mitigate future problems, and did a thorough job, even going above and beyond.. This is a locally owned and operated outfit compared to many other pest control agencies that are owned by large faceless businesses usually based out of the US. The countless other reviews all speak to the great work that they do.
