Great service and very knowledgeable and professional staff. I've had interactions with Al (the owner), Melo and David and they were all great people to work with. They did a great job of explaining to me what they were doing, how to mitigate future problems, and did a thorough job, even going above and beyond.. This is a locally owned and operated outfit compared to many other pest control agencies that are owned by large faceless businesses usually based out of the US. The countless other reviews all speak to the great work that they do.

Phantom pest solutions is fantastic. Professional, courteous, communicative and effective. I am a busy real estate professional and when I recommend services to my clients, I expect them to be delivered to a very high standard of care and execution - that my clients be treated exactly as I would treat them. Al and Mel of Phantom Pest have my full trust. So much so, that I hire them for my personal property pest deterrence needs, as well as recommend their name to my clients. For these reasons, Phantom Pest Control has earned my highest recommendation.

Not too often I write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Al is very professional in how he carries himself and displays great passion for what he does. The man's a rare breed in the trade's industry. Highly recommended.Note: I wrote this review over a year ago, but it never posted, so this is another attempt only because I like Al and he earned it.
