Grateful for kind and compassionate business owners like Chris. After contracting bed bugs from August Jack Inn in Squamish (please avoid), I reached out to Chris. Dealing with bed bugs is undeniably awful, but Chris responded promptly, listened attentively, and displayed remarkable patience and empathy throughout our interaction. Additionally, Rob, the expert who came to our place, was equally kind and understanding. Their genuine kindness and professionalism truly made a challenging situation more manageable. They are incredibly good-hearted humans that will help you amidst a really yucky and difficult circumstance.
They were able to get me in the morning I called and start treatment. Anthony was so great, he treated throughly and calmed my anxiety with the situation. Even when I had questions the following weeks he answered quickly and kindly. Thank you!!
Gotta give a big thanks to the team, right from when Chris (owner) picked up the phone I had this reassuring feeling my issue would be taken care of, to the receptionist and especially to the tech Michael! You guys were so informative and a pleasure to deal with! I would most definitely recommend!
