We first noticed mice in November 2023..we called West Side pest control and they botched the job. Five visits and $2000 later, we still had visible mice. We gave up on them and called Phantom. Their inspector was much more thorough and found 24 mouse exits that West Side missed, mostly behind large kitchen appliances that Westside never searched. Their fixer, David was very impressive..spent 2 full days doing the job properly..no visible mice since. Do yourself a favour and deal directly with Phantom.

They did a great job of explaining to me what they were doing, how to mitigate future problems, and did a thorough job, even going above and beyond..
