“Such a cute local store for dog food and treats and accessories! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and they had a variety of snacks and treats and lots of accessories including leashes and collars and ... cute clothes! So many cute little jackets and coats and shirts for your beloved pet with faux designer labels. We couldn't resist picking up a couple of cute outfits! They also have a bakery section with homemade doggie bakery items. Many are made with low sugar yogurt based icing to make them healthy for your pup. The staff member said they are made with human grade ingredients but flavored for dogs. If you're a dog mom or dad and find yourself in Vancouver, please visit this cute store!!“

“We’ve taken our Lagotto to a few groomers and each time it took a few appointments before the groomer was able to meet our requests - as there are some specific things to ensure a Lagotto looks like a lagotto and not just another doodle. But Pupper Palace was able to get the cut right the first time. Whereas other groomers appear to be rushed and even nervous when you provide them instructions, Pupper Palace really listened and made suggestions. Happy with the experience :)“

“We've taken 'Lennon' to Woof for all ten years of her life. I feel they understand the aussie shepard breed, and their guidance to me over the years has been very helpful. There were times I wanted them cut off more fur; but, they explained why that would not be good. They educated me on the complicated fur/hair/undercoat layers. I appreciate their expertise and friendly manner.“

They are genuinely concerned about the animals’ well being - they always let us know if there’s anything they find a little concerning (most recently, a possible eye problem that I’d missed) and our dogs always come home happy …and beautiful!“

“The owner is nice and the stylist has good skills — my was young and had a very good experience getting pampered so he has no issues being handled whatsoever ever since his visit. He only has a haircut and ear cleaning not nail trims, as that is all I needed.Do book your appointment instead of dropping in unexpectedly. UDS does try to accommodate your time booking the best they can.“

“Kinu is the best! We were lucky enough to have her recommended for our Australian Labradoodle, Finley at a young age of puppyhood. Kinu makes the whole grooming experience enjoyable for all dogs, but specializes in nervous dogs. Finley started out uncertain, but now loves the groomer.

Kinu’s work is also impeccable, and we’ve never had anything less than a perfect cut from her.“

“I brought my large senior dog, Mysty, who has difficulty standing for grooming and they were amazing. They bathed and dried her and trimmed her hair and nails with gentle care and attention. She can be nervous in these situations and they were patient and loving. Highly recommend. Mysty’s coat looks so good and I know she feels so much better. Thank you!! ❤️“

“My dogs teeth needed to be cleaned (especially the top of the back teeth) and was unsure of how useful a non vet cleaning would be since the price ($250) was so different compared to doing sedation pricing($750+for a med/large dog) I took the chance and couldn't be happier, my dogs teeth are very clean now and I'm not worried about gum damage or having to have any of his teeth pulled, will use them every year or rwo to ensure my dogs teeth stay healthy! This works best with easy going dogs, sometimes you need the sedation for important reasons.. like not getting bitten. Also if your dogs teeth are too bad they wont be able to do it, as it will cause pain and again sedation is necessary. This is preventative dental care for your dogs and I highly recommend it so it doesn't get to that level!

“First time taking my pup here for a wash and clean up. Pepperoni came back looking sooooo cute I was almost in tears. His bum and tail was clipped to perfection that it looked like he was wearing little pants. My pup usually doesn’t like being touched in certain places so I was shocked to hear feedback that he was well behaved. That shows their care and professionalism towards my pup. I can’t wait to bring him back for his next visit!“
