After many months of hot weather in Vancouver, the rains have returned! Last time we had our fireplace on was in early April and it's now September 17. Tried to turn on the fireplace but it seemed that there was no gas flowing?! Cue an email to Jane, who immediately calls to try and troubleshoot. Alas her work-arounds didn't work so she routed one of the service lads to us. Once here, he pleasantly went to work and in little time (not even 45 minutes) had it up and running! So many many thanks for such fast, friendly, professional service. All toasty warm in front of the fire! James

Best prices in the city and amazing customer service! The fireplace install was quick and painless, I was very impressed with their prompt emails replies and follow up post install. I've been recommended them to friends and family since, quality artisans like these folks are hard to find these days!

We needed to install 2x fireplace inserts into our home. We received quotes from multiple suppliers/ installers from Greater Vancouver. Campbellcare was the most competitive of the quotes on price and were able to install the gas lines without cutting the drywall between the lower and upper levels of our house. Other potential installers wanted to cut the drywall in areas to allow them to run the gas lines. Not having to replace and repaint areas of new drywall was great.The installation itself was fast, with three staff installing the two inserts in a matter of hours.
