after dropping off a summer silk duvet and saying it was as such (the clerk actually looked at the label also, which I thought would be to confirm what I said) I was given a claim ticket and quoted a $35 cost..upon going on the pick up day as also quoted I was told that it was not ready yet...and to come back tommorrow....I called the next day and it was there, but upon being picked up I was told because it was silk it was an extra $15 dollars...I would think that the extra cost might be waived or discounted even slightly after being delayed and charged extra...poor knowledge on behalf of the clerk??? perhaps...poor customer service??...definitely!....I wouldn't recommend and will certainly look for another cleaner for my needs..its odd also how another recent review mentioned getting charged another 15 dollars....coincidence??

Took my down puffer coat here for dry cleaning and was concerned that the make up stains on the collar and sleeves wouldn’t come out, but the man working assured me that they’re typically a fairly easy fix for them.. well sure enough I got it back and it looks as good as brand new!Extremely happy with the service and will definitely return :)

I’ve come in twice now and both times, I had a great experience. The gentleman (sorry forgot his name!) was very informative (knew that if I wanted to sew this part, this would happen etc..) and listened to exactly what I wanted. Very reasonably priced and transparent with cost of service. They were also kind enough to accommodate the quick turnaround time I needed. Great attention to detail with the alterations. Highly recommend!
