Awesome customer service! I called them as I had a pair of sunglasses which a screw came out and the one arm fell off, and they told me come on in!! I also let the woman on the phone know I hadn't purchased the sunglasses there and she said no problem at all! I was in an out within 5 minutes with fixed sunglasses for no charge! Thank you very much for your help and kindness! Cheers

One of the lenses to my glasses popped out as I was getting ready to leave Vancouver and I didn’t have any way to put the lens back in my frames. Thankfully the optometrist was able to do it in a few minutes and my glasses haven’t fit this well since I bought them!
