I came in with a broken hinge on my frames, and unfortunately couldn't repair. They were so helpful fitting me with new frames! Even got a style similar to my old ones in a really cute colour! I'll be coming back again, when it's time for a new set of glasses.

This store has excellent fast service and a beautiful selection of frames! I highly recommend visiting this location for your next pair. Polly has been a huge help to me for years; she's smart, knowledgable, kind, and very helpful, and I will continue to visit her for my glasses needs.

I visited Opticana last year, but it was quite off when I talked to the male owner (I think?) so I decided not to go here. Unsatisfied with my optical shop last year, roamed around to the neighboring optical shops downtown and had no luck in finding the cheap eye exam/sight check and white frame that I was looking for. The last resort is to ask Opticana again since I feel that their frames are quite affordable, I met Polly and Ryan. Both of them are friendly and they gave a pretty good deal if I want to use my old frame. Did the sight check for my prescription.
