Diagnosis and repair of a short circuit on the battery and motherboard took 2 days and cost 2 times less than in Europe, this is excellent service, speed and quality, highly recommend!

I came to Sam twice for battery-related issues. The first time I came in I had to replace a laptop battery that would cause it to shut down automatically. Sam somehow managed to find a new battery with a much higher capacity that's compatible with an EIGHT YEAR OLD laptop. For the second time, I brought my mom's phone in because the battery could no longer carry a charge. My mom also gave me a second phone because she thought she could take the battery out of that one and place it in her phone.
