I cannot say enough about once a tree and their incredible customer service, let alone the quality of their products. We ordered a bed, and a few months later the bed arrived with a very skilled, respectful and pleasant crew. Long story short, we had some minor preference issues with the headboard and after multiple visits trying to fix the issue, they offered to exchange the bed for one that suits us better. A few months after that (the beds are made to order), we received our new bed and it was perfect. This place is the full meal deal from furniture to design consulting. I moved at the beginning of the pandemic and desperately needed new furniture. Well, the team at OAT moved decisively telling me what I needed and how it would fit in with what I already had. Through a series of safe facetime calls and emails, it has come together. AMAZINGLY. My place looks like it could be in a design magazine. Daphne, Diane, Scott....you are the best in this city. What I also love is that there are Canadian made options so you're not only supporting a local business, you are supporting Canadian designers.
