While I was initially apprehensive about Joe retiring I was very pleased to see that the high level, professional work continues under the Minit-Tune umbrella.
My old vehicle required some creative solutions and I was very happy that the team worked together to successfully implement cost-efficient and effective repairs.
VERY fair, VERY honest. First auto shop I’ve been to where I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of (being female).
Everything was explained very clearly so I had a good understanding of what repairs were necessary vs. what could wait.
I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you’re looking for reliable maintenance. Thank you Joe!!!
Having taken my much-loved old 05 Town & Country van in for a set of new headlamps installation and an oil change Joe at Soares alerted me to a tire(s) issue I was completely unaware of. Serious enough was the notation that not even one highway drive was advisable due to the high risk of tire blowout. His advice could very well have been a life-saver. As with that advice I was informed that tie rods need replacement or tightening. As always, with my varied vehicles, the service at Soares is comprehensive and thorough communications about work done or work advised to be attended to is always clearly expressed.
