I work from home and suffer from "tech neck" with a dull ache persisting day in and day out.After one Ayurvedic head massage session with Niki the dull ache is down to a 2 from an 8!Highly suggest!

Fortunate to have such a wellness centre right in my neighbourhood! It is a very restful place to receive acupuncture and just zone out for a while. The last few times I have gone, I’ve seen Jing for Tu Na, massage and acupuncture. He is attentive and gentle in nature and has a very caring demeanour. You can make appointments or just walk in. I have had great experiences with all the practitioners that I have seen there!

It was my first time visiting My Rest today and I had an acupuncture session with Jing. It was my first time meeting him but I immediately felt comfortable. He radiates warmth and positive energy. :) I felt so relaxed after and the whole experience was just wonderful. I also loved the studio's open concept - overall atmosphere was very relaxing and it felt like "being on vacation at home." I will definitely be booking a next session at My Rest.
