It’s an extremely difficult time for our family. But the staff assisted us to get through this tough period. Mark has been very helpful in arranging my mom’s funeral. My mother’s sudden passing shocked the entire family. We felt lost and don’t know what to do. Mark helped us every detail of the funeral and gave us very useful suggestions. Our family felt very thankful for the staff in Mount Pleasant funeral home.
We were so grateful for having Mount Pleasant Universal Funeral Home on our side during the difficult time. We were working with Ryan Yiu and he was truly professional. Due to specific religious requirements, we had to handle the funeral arrangements as quick as possible. Ryan was detailed, polite and well-verse in explaining what needed to be done, and then proceeded to handle them even quicker than we expected. We cannot stress enough how thankful we are for his professionalism.
