We have always gone the ‘traditional’ route of doing our mortgage directly with our day-day banking institution. This year we decided we should consult with a mortgage specialist who would be agnostic or not tethered to a specific bank and boy are we glad we did that!I always thought my bank offered me the best deal because I was loyal to them for well over 30 years, have excellent credit and am exclusive to them. Heather is such a delight to deal with! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. We had so many questions and confusion on contemplation of buying a new property. She spent so much time with us, on the phone and in person.. never making us feel like a bother or ignorant. LolI would highly recommend Heather for all your mortgage needs! You will love her!

Heather was referred to us personally by our real estate agent. It has been a pleasure working with Heather as our mortgage broker and we couldn't be happier! She was able to get us a very good rate at a limit that we weren't even expecting considering what we heard from our own banks. I don't know what the latest going rate is for mortgages but when we were finishing getting various things to close such as bank draft, signing documents etc, they always seemed shocked saying "Oh wow, you got a very good interest rate!"We appreciate the level of security she provided us especially there's a lot of limitations regarding face to face interactions and getting all the "paperwork"...read full review
