I had such a wonderful experience with Tracey, Becky, and Ting from Mink! Tracey was prompt and engaged in helping me figure out exactly what I wanted and made sure I had a great team for my wedding. Becky and Ting did a fantastic job on hair and makeup both for my bridesmaids, mum, and myself. I was so happy with the way all of it turned out, and could not have asked for better. Can't recommend highly enough - fabulous service and fantastic results :)

I did my engagement session, trial and my day of July wedding with Tracey. She was great! On the morning of, Tracey, Eva and Ting came to my MOH's house. Both Tracey and Ting were great - Tracey did makeup and hair with me and Ting did my mom's hair, and 2 BM. I was disappointed with Eva (who did my mom's/BM's makeup) as she didn't seem to know what worked with Asian features for my mom and one of my BM. Both my mom and one of my BM told Eva they wanted "natural" but after she was done, it still didn't look very good. Both had to wipe off a bit of the makeup afterwards. Ex. My mom asked for a natural look (to compliment her features) and after she was done, it was way too much (ex. eyeshadow dark). I received our wedding pictures and my mom and I were disappointed with how the makeup looked on her and Jessica. I don't know if Eva has done a lot of makeup for Asian brides / BMs but I felt she was a bad fit for us. Otherwise, our experience would have been great (4-5 stars). Update: Jenny from Mink Makeup reached out to me after I provided this feedback. I appreciated this and she tried to make things right. It is evident that customer service is very important to the company. I was surprised and did not expect a partial refund of costs pertaining to my mom + 1 BM's hair costs. Thank you.
