Edit- right after writing this review, Kathy reached out to me directly to schedule a fix appointment. I saw Jennifer today and she tried a different type of lash and style compared to last time. She also gave me advice on washing my lashes for better retention. I appreciate their friendly customer service and how much they value their customers.The staff are extremely friendly and the salon is so beautiful. Unfortunately I had my lashes done a week ago and most of the lashes have already come off. I am unable to have them redone since I am out of town and not within the three day rule but I expected better retention for the price I paid for half upper set and lower lashes.

To start off, all of the employees that I talked to were super sweet. The lady that did my lashes was such a vibe and created a nice & relaxing environment. They're very easy to talk to there and they make the long duration pretty easy. It was my first time getting my lashes professionally done, so I was kinda nervous, but It's a very welcoming place and they make it super easy to figure out what exactly works for you. They provide you with a blanket if you're cold, and their seats are pretty comfortable. Not to mention that the interior of the shop is super cute and it's clean. I just got my lashes done at Mink Lash in Yaletown, and it’s was the most relaxing lash experience ever! Not to mention the salon was absolutely breath taking I did not want to leave. I highly recommend this business.
