Thank goodness for Greg from Milani Plumbing - we lost hot water in our apartment building and both boilers needed to be replaced. Greg got the job done a day ahead of schedule and I got to take a long awaited hot shower in my home!
We had a small flood today, I called Milani and they arrived within 30 minutes. Fernando was an amazing technician, very professional, he explained why the plugged drain happened and what we could do to avoid it in the future. Really amazing service - if I ever need a plumber int he future, it will certainly be Milani I call.
We chose Milani to install a heat pump system in our condo because they were very responsive, knowledgeable, experienced in dealing with strata requirements and installations in condos, and could organize all aspects of the project from permits to inspections to drywall repairs. Arash gave an in-person, on-the-spot quote and discussed the various options for locating the outdoor compressor and the indoor wall units. Nick was our main contact who coordinated with us, organized for and submitted all the paperwork and reports required to gain strata approval, and communicated with our building property manager and onsite manager.
