These guys are great and will beat anyone's price!
Edit: their retail team is still awesome, just want to shout-out their corporate sales team. They're also great!
Quick to get our product and take care of us. Staff were friendly, it wasn't very busy at 3pm. It nice to have parking in the back cu, the construction outside is taking up the whole street.
This is clearly a place where the staff knows and loves their stuff.
1. Customer service & communication is on point.
Came in for a computer diagnostics for a CPU cooler I bought elsewhere. The staff and technician (Peter. M and Shintaro. O and others) are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during the communication, getting back to me very fast while providing exactly what I wish to know.
2. Great quality of service.
Ended up getting a CPU cooler in store and have it installed for me. The entire service took less than 1 week. See photos for final product. Would 10/10 come back again.
