I've purchased several items for myself and have always been impressed with the quality and price!This review is to also highlight their exceptional customer service. I received a necklace as a gift back in December, and unfortunately, the necklace broke as it got tangled in my hair and I tugged it. The necklace carries sentimental value, and I was eager to fix it, even if it meant paying for repair fees. However, to my excitement, the team at Melanie Auld replaced my necklace at no extra cost as it was just a week-ish short of their 3 month policy! I adore MAJ ! I have a growing collection of their pieces and wear many of them daily ! Not to mention their customer service is really amazing. I would absolutely recommend shopping with them. Their jewelry holds up really well and is beautiful and I also love supporting a Canadian, Women owned company too
