I love my new engraved heart necklace. I ordered it with an extension so that I could style it with other necklaces, or wear solo. It’s lightweight and the engraving is subtle which is what I hoped for. The customer service at MAJ was extraordinary. I ended up having external issues with local delivery and the customer service team at MAJ were quick to respond and went out of their way to make my small but meaningful order right- even though the issue had nothing to do with their internal workings. I have had nothing but great experiences with the Kits location! Every time I go into the store, or reach out online, the customer service is lovely and very attentive. The quality and look of the pieces are amazing.
Recently, I was wanting to engrave a necklace for my family members birthday. They were the only jewelry store I emailed that responded with a non-automated response, and Jade and Madeleine spent a couple weeks helping me finalize design, answering my questions and then packaged up the gift beautifully. They were awesome from start to finish!
