Need improvement very much in customer service staff. BE AWARE STAFFS AT STATIONS MAY NOT BE AT WORK IF YOU NEED THEIR SERVICE.
Came in to store at 8am opening hours as it is the only one with the available blinds I needed. And has to be cut at specific sizes. When everything was in the cart. No one was available at the area. Went to seek help at the cahier area was escorted by à helpful staff to the customer service area.
East indian lady at the desk just told helpful staff that no one is at that station until 10am to cut the vinyl tiles. Told lady I needed it cut asap as I am going to another appointment.
Very wide variety of items. Clean environment, well organized and very helpful staff. I finally ended up coming here because the other Tona was too small with limited variety of materials. This store also has a contractor section so I believe it’s the largest Rona.
