I am very grateful for the staffs here. I usually go to this location to get my blood test, and took my boyfriend here to get his done. He was not feeling well after the test, and the staff there did an amazing job taking care of him and also comforting me (I was scared because I've never seen anything like that before). They had other things to do but still made sure my boyfriend was taken care of, I really appreciate all the staffs at this location, than you!
Today, I had the unfortunate encounter with the RUDEST technician in my years of going to this LifeLabs branch. This male technician with a dog tattoo on his arm (he seemed new to this branch) took my blood. After I got out of the washroom, I went to the counter to ask the same technician where I can leave the urine sample. All I was able to say was "Excuse me..." then he snapped at me to tell me that I shouldn't interrupt them when they are typing something because they don't want to make a mistake. We had a great experience at this Lifelabs. It was extremely busy but we had an appointment and they took us in right on time for our appointment. My daughter was nervous but it was quick and painless.
