Highly recommend Anna! She is very personable and ensures you are comfortable before you proceed with the appointment. Her office feels very spa like, especially with the relaxing music in the background. She listens to what you want and ensures that what you want is what you get! She has a high attention to detail which is exactly what you want when you’re getting your eyebrows done! She takes photos and shows you the frame work of your eyebrows to ensure they are symmetrical too! The best part was I had a nap because the numbing cream worked wonders! I could not be happier with the entire experience right. I love the easy and very convenient online booking system and was able to get an appointment within a week of searching for available times and dates. Anna is a true professional and extremely experienced and best of all, incredibly down to earth and instantly likeable.I was so nervous as I've had my eyebrows done many times over the years (elsewhere but now will only ever go to Anna!) and found it very painful even though I have a very good pain tolerance threshold. Anna is a perfectionist. I always know whatever procedure I have done will be perfect. She makes sure that you are prepped properly and have as little discomfort as possible. I had my eyeliner touched up today and feel and look great. It's so nice not to have to put eye liner on daily. Well worth the price.
