Great service and team. Very impressed all around. I've dealt with m,any pluming firms over 50 years of home ownership and property management and this is by far and away the best I have encountered. Not just professionally very competent, but personable and patiently respectful communicating with us and helping us navigate complex decisisons, rebate processses, etc. We recently had boiler failure, installation of new hot water heater, and a major install of the heat pump system that included new registers in 6 locations. Everyone on the team that wroked for a week was grat to have around. Especially impressive have been Matthew who diagnosed issues, Kelley (the office boss), and Justin who lead the team who did the big heat pump install. Perhaps most impressive has been Brooklyn who manages to stick handle much of this operation doing phone and e-mail reception, admin chores, communications, rebate counselling, etc. and does so with unflagging good cheer and skills. Kits Plumbing and Heating has completed a couple of jobs for me. They are great to work with and reliable. They came in and provided detailed estimates and the projects all came in on time and on budget.
