We noticed leakage into our basement and checking with friends and community, we were given The Kerrisdale Roofing And Drains Company….Tim was the manager and upon inspection and discussion it was determined that a drainage system was required…Our home was 94 years old and still in remarkable shape. …Tim provided a very full and fair assessment of the job and each step that was performed was discussed and any options to the stages of work were presented…the staff were hardworking and exact in workmanship…the total job was very satisfactory .. We recommend this company for anyone involved in drainage system issues..

The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire! Actually, it wasn’t on fire… but it was leaking!!The roof was old and needed to be replaced. I called Kerrisdale Roofing and they quickly had someone come out to assess the situation. I was given a quote and a timeline.The job itself went smooth. They did things properly. They were prompt. They were courteous. They had awesome communication. I keep saying “they”, because from start to finish, every person on this team was absolutely amazing!This company is worthy of your consideration.
