Kerr Design Build recently completed a large project that involved constructing a basement suite and some changes to the interior of the rest of the house. Requirements of the City of Vancouver resulted in a lot of extra work that extended to the entire property. Coordinating all of this would have been impossible without the expertise of the Kerr team. We've hired Kerr twice - for some initial renovations before moving into our newly purchased home and then again for a full kitchen and single bathroom makeover. I've also found them very helpful and responsive to follow-up questions. All work was done to high standards, to expected schedule, and we have been very pleased with the results.
