We have been taking our French Bulldog to JetPet OV for about 2 years - almost every day of the work week - and it has been a fantastic experience. He always leaves happy and tired, and he always looks forward to going. The staff are excellent and treat him like their own, and his socialization is great as a result of the time he spends there. If there is ever any issue at all the staff are quick to communicate. Once when our dog was boarding and seemed a little unwell the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was ok and we felt he was in the best hands. At first, any dog owner will be worried about leaving their pup here. You may smell a strong pee smell and hear dogs barking and the rooms may look a little small, but rest assured that they really do look after the dogs well. We viewed my dog Odin (Border Collie) on a camera in the luxury room and his first day was anxious, but his next day he looked comfortable and tired from all the playing. Every bit of the service was great!
Marianna and Camila are great at Jet Pet. They are super sweet and helpful.
I have been using the daycare for years and they are always great with my two dogs who are full of energy and rambunctious.
