Jay removed a piercing I had as it was crooked and extremely painful and swollen and it was done elsewhere. I called in last minute and removed it which I was very grateful. I popped in today to have 2 other piercings replaced from bars to hoops. Jay was very friendly and professional and I will be returning to have the piercing he removed, repierced once fully healed. I could not have asked for more. Thankyou Jay it means alot and it's all alot more comfortable now ☺️
