My parents in Richmond lost their hot water tank a couple of days ago. Wali showed up this morning and saved us by installing a new tank! But what we were most impressed by was his courteous and friendly demenour. He was very patient with my fathers questions and always answered with a smile. This is not always the case with professional plumbers He communicated with my father and I very well while quickly and cleanly installing our new gas fueled hot water tank. We can’t say enough about Wali.
