In my dealings with the company, I would applaud then. Give them a hand(y), so to speak. Their initial response to my inquiry was done in a very expeditious fashion. In fact, every e-mail communication thereafter with Jasmin P. was cordial, professional, and timely. Communications were clear and straightforward. Jasmin also sent a follow-up e-mail asking how the delivery, installation, and removal went. Yes, the Kitchenaid (KDFE204KWH) appliance had to be ordered from the manufacturer, but it arrived considerably sooner than the maximum estimated time. Exceptional service every single time. I'm a property manager and need to purchase replacement appliances frequently. Mani Chouhan always comes up with a range of options and once approved the process of scheduling installations always goes ultra smoothly and rapidly.
