Have been coming here for 3+ decades. Will continue to do so. Very unfortunate they were doing renos during my last visit so that I was forced to endure the awful Fraser location service.
The familiar faces at 41st know their stuff. Always confirm before performing service, walk me through everything.
I've been taking my cars into Granville Toyota for service as long as I've had Toyotas and the service is excellent. There is currently a warranty issue with my head unit that they tried to resolve as quickly as possible. The problem still persists even after they replaced the head unit. I trust that they'll provide the same level of excellent service as we follow-up with the issue.
Awesome service and quick turnaround time. Special thanks to Ray!Showed up without an appointment for severe engine misfiring issues, and the team was able to have my car in for a diagnosis within 2 hours due to appointment cancellations. Ray even helped expedite my ICBC claim for rodent damage, and I was able to pick up my vehicle in 2 days. Will be coming back for my future servicing needs.
